Our Florist’s website let the users access to different products related to flowers, and buying easily bouquet included an efficent delivery.
KEY CHALLENGES OR CONSTRAINTS
Design a website where will be easy to find a complete description of the product wich you are buying, even picture of the details of the bouquets.
RESAERCH STUDY DETAIL
A primary user group confirmed intinitial assumption about how important was finding in a flower store a fast delivery for urgent occassions and be sure about the service. I made a competition audit to check how effective was this service in other platforms.
USABILITY STUDY FINDINGS
Users want a full description of the product and want too only a few steps to subscription.
Getting a clear and specific information about the product. Is very important to customer get features and quality in their purchase.
While designing the Florist’s website, I learned the first ideas for the web site are only the beggining of the process. Usabilities studies really revealed, in this case, the pain points and the best way to resolve them.
Next step are: conducting another usabilty study and include audio descriptions for every product.
