Key challenges or constrints: Design a dedicated mobile App where each action take the minimum steps, and make the whole design friendly and extremely easy to navigate.
Research study detail: A primary user group confirmed initial assumption about how important was don’t feel frustration while they are navigating, because it is frequently a reason to not continue browsing.
Initial design concepts: Make it easy and design “easy buttons” which function is made to make the users feel safe and not stressed at all.
